Totalmente de acuerdo contigo, el problema radica en la cantidad de azúcar refinado que ingerimos en todos los alimentos… si nos fijamos un poco podemos ver que se le añada al pan, al embutido, tomate frito,.. y a todo tipo de alimentos que no pensaríamos que llevan azúcar.
